Rudra Law Firm is hiring an Associate Lawyer for a full-time on-site role in Gurugram. The role involves handling litigation, mediation, and dispute resolution, along with legal research, drafting, court representation, and client advisory.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation, mediation, and dispute resolution matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Provide legal advice to clients.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding case progress.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Membership in the Bar Council of India.
- Skills in legal research and drafting.
- Litigation and court representation experience.
- Mediation and dispute resolution abilities.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Familiarity with the latest legal technologies.
- Dedication to ethics, integrity, and professional conduct.
