S Jain & Attorneys is hiring a Junior Associate Lawyer with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- The role involves court appearances before forums such as the NCLT and Commercial Courts.
- It includes drafting contracts and legal documents, providing compliance advisory, and handling both litigation and non-litigation corporate matters.
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree with 2–4 years of corporate legal experience.
- Strong drafting, research, and independent handling skills are essential.
- Prior experience in both litigation and corporate advisory is required.
- Fluency in English and confidence in client interactions are also expected.
Salary/Stipend
