Saibya Infra LLP is seeking a full-time Associate Lawyer to join its legal team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and support to the company’s management and projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Manage and coordinate litigation processes and represent the company in court proceedings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to real estate and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and enhance business efficiency.
- Maintain client relationships and support dispute resolution processes.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized institution (LL.M. preferred).
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India and holding a valid license to practice law.
- 2–5 years of experience in litigation, real estate law, or corporate legal advisory.
- Proficient in legal drafting, negotiation, and case management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters efficiently.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the infrastructure sector.
- Additional qualifications such as M.Tech or Diploma in related fields will be considered an advantage.
