Details of the Job/Internship
Samisti Legal is hiring an Associate Lawyer with experience of 2 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal opinions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and handle various litigation matters.
- Provide legal advice on a range of issues, including commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
- Maintain and manage client files and documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Stay updated with current laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent law degree and admission to the bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Proven experience in contract review, litigation, and client representation.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
