Details of the Job/Internship
The Office of Advocate Brijesh is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Chandigarh, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze complex legal issues and case laws.
- Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and applications.
- Assist senior advocates during court proceedings and contribute to case strategies.
- Prepare detailed case briefs and maintain overall compliance with legal protocols.
- Engage with clients directly to gather information and provide legal updates.
- Manage court procedures and oversee the filing processes for various matters.
- Work collaboratively with the legal team to meet critical deadlines and procedural requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and drafting.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to analyze case laws.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Preferred: Prior experience in litigation or relevant internships in a related field.
