Details of the Job/Internship

Thind Associates is looking for candidates for the position of Associate Lawyer to join their office located in Chandigarh.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling litigation cases and providing legal advisory services.
• The day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and assisting senior lawyers in case preparation.
• The Associate Lawyer will work closely with clients and provide legal support in various practice areas.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge and experience in litigation.
• Good understanding of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to draft legal documents accurately and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Experience in handling cases in diverse practice areas.
