Details of the Job/Internship

Toriox is hiring for the position of Associate Lawyer with 0-1 years of experience to join their office in Nashik. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal notices, settlement agreements, and related documents.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loan settlement and restructuring.
• Conduct legal research on settlement and criminal law cases.
• Assist in court filings, documentation, and hearing preparations.
• Maintain case files, client communications, and progress reports.
• Provide general legal support to the company and its clients.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council.
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of loan settlement, debt recovery, or banking law preferred.
• Basic understanding of criminal law procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Salary/Stipend
