V Legal Associates a firm dealing in legal representation, documentation, litigation and non-litigation arenas in various branches of law i.e., Corporate, Civil, Criminal, Family, and Constitutional Laws right from the trial court to the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. We have represented more than 10,000 matters to date across various courts in Telangana. The primary courts of practice are the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana and all District Courts in Telangana. The non-litigation department deals with transactional and Corporate advisory, documentation, compliance etc. 

Details of the Job/Internship

A job opportunity is being offered (full-time, on-site position) as a Associate Advocate at the offices of P. Vishnuvardhan Reddy in Hyderabad. Join their legal team and contribute to their practice. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Assisting with legal documentation and filings
• Giving support to the legal team
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal standards and provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of topics

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized law school.
• Strong understanding of legal matters.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Experience in contract drafting and other legal documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Experience working at a law firm is a plus.
