Details of the Job/Internship

They are looking for two experienced Associate Lawyers to join their team on a work-from-home basis. While most drafting and legal research work will be performed remotely, the role requires attendance at court proceedings in the Delhi NCR district and other courts, with extensive travel across different states as necessary.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and arguments with high precision.
• Represent the firm in court proceedings, particularly in Delhi NCR district courts and other relevant forums.
• Manage an extensive workload while maintaining high-quality legal service.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and development to support case strategies.
• Coordinate with team members and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Eligibility

• Excellent drafting, argumentation, and legal research skills.
• Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle high workloads and multiple assignments concurrently.
• A law degree from a reputed institute in India.
• Demonstrated track record of stability and commitment in previous roles (frequent job changes will not be considered).
