Details of the Job/Internship

Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management Limited is hiring an Associate – Legal & Investor Relations with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Thiruvananthapuram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support legal and compliance-related functions of the organisation.
• Assist with due diligence and transaction-related documentation.
• Coordinate with the Company Secretary, investment team, and external counsels.
• Liaise with regulators and investors on legal and compliance matters.
• Provide drafting and documentation support across legal and investor relations functions.

Eligibility

• LLB or CS (Inter/Executive) qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, fund management, or financial services.
• Prior exposure to AIFs, PE/VC funds, NBFCs, or regulated financial entities is preferred.
• Strong drafting skills and understanding of corporate and regulatory laws.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Salary/Stipend

INR 25,000 per month.
