Details of the Job/Internship

Tyroo is hiring an Associate – Legal with 0–1 year of experience to join their Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, IOs, MSAs, and DPAs.
• Conduct legal research on advertising, data privacy, and intellectual property laws.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and operations to align contracts with business objectives.

Eligibility

• LLB graduate with 0–1 year of experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
• Knowledge of advertising, media, and data privacy laws.
• Certifications in Contract Law, Data Protection, or IP & Digital Media Law are desirable.

Salary/Stipend
