Kratos Gamer Network (KGEN) is hiring Associate - Legal and Governance for their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
The Associate - Legal and Governance will be responsible for drafting and negotiating business contracts, managing administrative and compliance tasks, organizing board meetings, maintaining company records, and ensuring legal, secretarial and regulatory requirements are met across a range of jurisdictions including India, Singapore, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Cyprus among others.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and company law.
- Proficiency in organizing board meetings and maintaining company records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in legal documentation and drafting.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
