Details of the Job/Internship
TSS Consultancy Pvt Ltd is hiring an Associate Legal Assistant to join their office in Rajkot. The role involves analysing and negotiating client and vendor agreements and other related documents, working with cross-functional teams to finalise contractual requirements, and maintaining agreements, documents, and records in a structured manner within the legal database and MIS tools of the company.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyse and negotiate client and vendor agreements and other supplemental documents.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including end client representatives, to agree on contractual requirements.
- Maintain agreements, documents, records, and files in a structured manner in the legal database and MIS tools of the company.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts and track upcoming deadlines.
- Possess knowledge of IP, company, contract, and MSME laws.
- Keep up with regulatory changes in the law as required from time to time.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B.
- Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting NDAs and MSAs, including Service Agreements and Software License Agreements for Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions.
- Non-litigation experience is preferable.
