Details of the Job/Internship

Jar is hiring an Associate – Legal & Compliance with 1–2 years of experience to work at their Bengaluru Office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts including NDAs and service agreements.
• Provide legal support to Finance, Product, Operations, HR, and Marketing teams.
• Track regulatory updates from RBI, MCA, FIU, and assist in audits and filings.
• Manage compliance documentation, licenses, and internal SOPs.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience in fintech or startup environments (preferred).
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify legal concepts for internal teams.

Salary/Stipend
