Proind Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring an Associate – Legal & Compliance to support its legal and compliance team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, policies, and corporate documents.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on laws and regulations impacting company operations, including data privacy, anti-corruption, and industry-specific compliance.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to monitor regulatory adherence and develop strategies to address compliance gaps.
• Assist with regulatory filings, registrations, and timely submissions to regulatory bodies.
• Identify compliance risks and propose corrective action plans.
• Support internal investigations and dispute resolution, coordinating with external counsel when necessary.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and/or Master’s degree (LLM).
• Specialized compliance certifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in legal and/or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate, regulatory, and compliance laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and compliance management software is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
