Details of the Job/Internship
T-Hub is hiring a Company Secretarial & Compliance Associate with 0–2 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing notices, agendas, and minutes for Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Draft routine e-filings with the RoC and manage related correspondence.
- Support the preparation of compliance documents and regulatory returns under the Companies Act, 2013 and other regulations.
- Assist in drafting internal policies, SOPs, templates, and checklists, along with document management.
- Draft, review, and execute legal documents including agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to negotiate legal clauses and balance compliance with operational requirements.
- Facilitate communication and documentation between the organization and statutory/government authorities.
- Respond to queries from the Government of Telangana.
- Provide service support to startup companies as needed.
Eligibility
- Associate Company Secretary (ACS) aspirant.
- Semi-qualified CS and/or LLB desirable.
- Graduate in Commerce.
- 0–2 years of experience in company secretarial or corporate governance support roles.
- Experience in Section 8 companies or work involving government correspondence is an advantage.
- Preferred backgrounds include Section 8/not-for-profit organizations, corporate governance and compliance, and secretarial firms or entities interacting with regulatory bodies.
