Details of the Job/Internship
Clarivate is hiring for the position of Trademark Analyst with experience of 0-1 years to join their Hyderabad (Darts-IP) office. This is an amazing opportunity to work in the Intellectual Property domain with an excellent future.
The team comprises highly qualified professionals with great analytical and logical skills, and they would love to speak with you if you are a highly motivated person yearning to work on Intellectual Property. 9 AM – 6 PM IST (including 1-hour break) on Monday to Friday (Mandatory off on weekends).
Role and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Trademarks or IP, process know-how & hands-on experience is preferable.
- Prior experience in working in the TM/IP domain with computer literacy is an advantage.
- Extracting legal information from IP case law based on the tree structure and encoding the information in the database.
- Day-to-day analysis of English EUIPO Trademark decisions.
- Improve data discoverability through the extraction and analysis of IP case law data points and legal discussions within the assigned product database.
- Providing Feedback about any errors/bugs in the tools.
- You will also be involved in the curation of the Clarivate database with more than 87,00,000 cases from more than 3,800 courts and 140 Countries.
Eligibility
- Must have a law degree as a B.A. L.L.B/L.LM.
- Must have around a year's experience in reviewing complex written legal documents & encoding information therein.
- Must have around a year's experience in performing searches on the web related to the legalities of IP.
