Details of the Job/Internship
Clarivate is hiring an Associate Legal Content Analyst with experience of 0–3 years to join their team in Noida. The role offers an opportunity to work in the Intellectual Property domain, particularly Trademarks, and contribute to the analysis and curation of international IP case law. The position is full-time with eight working hours per day, from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analysing English Trademark decisions on a daily basis.
- Extracting legal information from IP case law and encoding it into the database as per the defined structure.
- Maintaining accuracy and quality of legal analysis.
- Identifying and reporting system errors or bugs.
- Attending meetings with supervisors and following process updates.
Eligibility
- Law degree (B.A. LL.B / LL.M).
- 0–3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work remotely and communicate with team members and supervisors over calls or video conferencing.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Strong reading, observation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to review complex written documents and perform web-based searches.
- Knowledge of Trademarks and prior experience in the IP or Trademark domain is preferable.
