Juridica Solutio LLP is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel – Contracts & Compliances (Special Projects) with 3–5 years of experience to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage the complete lifecycle of contracts.
• Provide advisory support on legal and regulatory matters.
• Vet policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.

Eligibility

• 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive and professional attitude.

Salary/Stipend
