Details of the Job/Internship
Novo Nordisk is hiring Associate Legal Counsel (Contracting) with the experience of 3 to 8 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review contracts, either contracts prepared on the basis of Novo Nordisk standard templates or contracts received from counterparties.
- Prepare and draft contracts in collaboration with Global Legal lawyers when no standard template is available.
- Responding to complex contractual queries & Identification of risks and issues, and suggesting alternatives that lead to the best solution.
- Analyze contract requirements, terms and condition and other content to ensure compliance with appropriate laws.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of Global Legal lawyers or LoB.
Eligibility
- Master's or bachelor's in law.
- 3 to 9 years in contracting.
- 3 to 8 years of working experience in a global company.
- Excellent legal acumen and analytical skills.
- Strong networking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Business and service minded.
- Business ethics integrity
- Stakeholder management.
