Details of the Job/Internship

SK Sapra & Co. is hiring Associate Legal Counsels – Real Estate with experience of 0–3 years to join their office in Greater Noida West.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on litigation-focused real estate matters.
• Draft legal documents and handle procedural aspects of cases.
• Appear before courts and commissions.
• Interact with clients and provide advisory support.
• Collaborate with senior litigators and work towards independent handling of matters.

Eligibility

• Strong legal drafting skills and sound understanding of procedural laws.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Ability to handle matters independently over time.
• Prepared to take individual responsibility.
• Candidates residing in Noida and Greater Noida will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend
