Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Legal Saviours Partners Indo LLP is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel to join their office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise a wide variety of legal documents and commercial agreements.
- Conduct complex contract negotiations to protect client interests and ensure favorable outcomes.
- Provide sound legal advice to clients on corporate and commercial issues.
- Support litigation efforts by preparing necessary documentation and legal strategy.
- Conduct extensive legal research to stay updated on legislative changes and judicial precedents.
- Identify and resolve complex legal issues through analytical problem-solving.
- Ensure organizational and client compliance with all applicable legal frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with team members and senior consultants on multi-jurisdictional matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification.
- Mandatory enrollment with a State Bar Council.
- Proven expertise in Corporate and Commercial laws.
- Strong track record in contract negotiation and legal document preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration.
- Prior experience working in a corporate law firm or a relevant in-house legal department is highly advantageous.
