A.P. Moller-Maersk is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Driving process rigor, executing and managing compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA regulations, and other applicable laws including filing statutory reforms, and returns with MCA within stipulated timelines.
- End-to-end management of established corporate governance processes including convening meetings of the Board, Committee, and Shareholders, preparing agenda materials, minutes, and annual report, and ensuring proper record keeping of statutory records and registers following the applicable law and secretarial standards.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and statutory auditors on all secretarial compliances.
