Details of the Job/Internship

Adobe is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its legal team in Bengaluru, India.

Role and Responsibilities

Advise and support Sales teams on structuring and closing commercial deals.
Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise licensing, reseller, distributor, and service agreements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Indian legal and regulatory developments.
Support on privacy, data protection, and AI-related legal issues.
Review and manage vendor and procurement contracts.
Collaborate on regional and global legal initiatives and process improvements.
Handle other legal tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

LL.B. from a recognized university; licensed to practice in India.
1–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in technology licensing, IP law, or data privacy.
Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Proactive and business-oriented with a high standard of ethics and professionalism.
