Details of the Job/Internship

Brzee Law Firm is hiring for the position of Associate Legal Counsel to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support across a variety of matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal opinions.
• Manage and maintain legal documentation and case files.
• Appear before criminal and civil courts as required.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of total legal experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in criminal court matters.
• At least 2 years in civil litigation.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in legal analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness to attend court or work from office as per instructions.
