The firm provides a full array of litigation services with Corporate & Strategic Advisory, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Arbitration Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Company Law, etc. which includes drafting and filing petitions in court, presenting arguments before the court of law across India.
Details of the Job/Internship
C.L.A.P. JURIS is looking to hire a hard-working and Dedicated Associate from February 2025.
Eligibility
- Litigation Experience of 2-3 years in Delhi District courts and High Court preferably on CRIMINAL SIDE and specifically in the Anti-corruption, PMLA, and other financial crime cases.
- Preferably alumni of NLUs and other top-ranking law colleges.
- Having good research, drafting, and arguing skills.
