Details of the Job/Internship
DailyRounds / Marrow is hiring an Associate – Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience to join their legal team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations.
- Assess legal risks in business decisions and processes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts and agreements.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
- Handle litigation matters and represent the organization as needed.
- Manage IP portfolio (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LLB, integrated LLB, or LLM with 2–3 years of relevant corporate legal experience.
- Proficient in contract law, IP, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with online fraud, piracy issues, and basic law enforcement processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
