Details of the Job/Internship
Inductus Group is hiring for the position of Associate Legal Counsel with 0-3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Case Management & Briefing: Draft, analyze, and maintain comprehensive case briefs, summaries, and status reports for all litigation matters.
- Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary link between Inductus Group’s headquarters and external advocates/law firms.
- Information Flow: Ensure smooth and timely communication of documents, instructions, and updates with legal representatives.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases and provide concise progress reports to senior management.
- Document Handling: Organize, manage, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and filings with utmost accuracy.
Eligibility
- Education: LLB/LLM with a valid license to practice law in India.
- Experience: 0–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Skills: Strong legal research and drafting skills, excellent communication (written & verbal), and sharp analytical ability.
- Attributes: Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
