Details of the Job/Internship
Inductus Group is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain case briefs, summaries, and status updates for litigation matters.
- Coordinate between the Inductus Group’s headquarters in Noida and external advocates and law firms.
- Ensure timely flow of information, documents, and instructions to and from legal representatives.
- Conduct legal research to support cases and provide accurate reports on progress to senior management.
- Organize and manage all legal documents, correspondence, and filings related to active cases.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
- Valid license to practice law in India.
- 0-3 years of post-qualification experience with a focus on litigation.
- Strong ability to comprehend complex legal issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
