Details of the Job/Internship
Juridica Solutio LLP is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 3-5 years of experience to join their Delhi office immediately.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and pleadings with precision and clarity.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis using major legal databases.
- Represent clients in courts, arbitration proceedings, and client meetings.
- Take initiative in handling matters independently over time.
- Assist in strategic consultation and advisory services.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in litigation and corporate advisory.
- Strong drafting and procedural law knowledge.
- Familiarity with legal research platforms (SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon, SCALE).
- Go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, punctuality, and independent work capability.
