Details of the Job/Internship

Juridica Solutio LLP is hiring for the position of Associate Legal Counsel with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation and arbitration matters across various forums.
• Conduct legal research and prepare well-structured advisories, opinions, and pleadings.
• Engage in client interactions and contribute to case strategy.
• Appear before courts and commissions under supervision, with scope to handle matters independently over time.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation/advisory work.
• Strong drafting skills and sound knowledge of procedural laws.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
• Excellent oral & written communication, interpersonal skills, and punctuality.
• Good courtroom presence and familiarity with legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon, etc.).
• Willingness to learn and grow into independent case handling.

Salary/Stipend
