Details of the Job/Internship
Juridica Solutio LLP is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join their Delhi office. The role involves drafting, court appearances, research, advisory work and handling matters across multiple practice areas.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and related documents.
- Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes and opinions.
- Appearing before courts and commissions.
- Managing consumer disputes, arbitration, civil and commercial matters and criminal cases.
- Interacting with clients and supporting advisory work.
- Handling matters independently over time.
- Maintaining professionalism, with personal matters not permitted during engagement.
Eligibility
- Strong drafting skills, including pleadings such as plaints, complaints, written versions, appeals and revisions.
- Understanding of procedural laws.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and ownership.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and punctuality.
- Court craft and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with legal research platforms including SCC Online, Manupatra and Indian Kanoon.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to handle matters independently over time.
