Details of the Job/Internship

Juridica Solutio LLP is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join their Delhi office.

Practice Areas: Civil, Commercial, Consumer, Corporate Advisory, Arbitration, Criminal.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory matters.
• Engage in court appearances, client interactions, and legal advice.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Assist in the strategic consultation and handling of diverse legal cases.

Eligibility

• Good drafting skills and a sound understanding of procedural laws.
• Go-getter attitude with willingness to take initiative and ownership.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and punctuality.
• Court craft, presentation skills, and familiarity with legal research platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon, etc.
• Willingness to learn and capability to handle matters independently over time.

Salary/Stipend
