Details of the Job/Internship

Kayda Kanoon & Co (Law Firm) is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 0–2 years of experience to join its office in Delhi. The role is litigation-focused and involves handling civil and criminal law matters, primarily cheque bounce cases, before district courts including Rohini Courts, Tis Hazari Courts, Saket Courts, and the Hon’ble High Court. The office is located in Sector-3, Rohini, and only candidates based in Rohini, Pitampura, and adjacent areas will be considered. Stipend will be as per industry standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare case briefs.
• Update case diaries.
• File PF.
• Make effective and non-effective appearances before courts.

Eligibility

• PQE of 0–2 years.
• Applicants must be sincere about pursuing law and litigation as a career.
• Candidates should be based in Rohini, Pitampura, or adjacent areas.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
