Details of the Job/Internship

Law Mansion is hiring Associate Legal Counsels and a Research Associate for their office in Jodhpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• ALC (Lower Court): Handle litigation and dispute resolution at the trial court level.
• ALC and SA (Appellate Courts and Tribunals): Legal drafting, research, and court-related work.
• RA (Client Management and Research): Client communications, research, and agreement review/drafting.

Eligibility

• ALC – Lower Court: PQE 1–3 years.
• ALC and SA – Appellate Courts and Tribunals: PQE 1–7+ years.
• RA – Research Associate: PQE 3–7+ years.
• For the lower court position, fluency in written and spoken Hindi is required.
• For appellate courts and tribunals, good English drafting and researching skills are required.
• Willingness to spend a minimum of 20 hours/week physically in the Jodhpur office is mandatory for appellate roles.
• For the RA position, prior experience should be mentioned/enclosed with the application.
• The RA role is hybrid and may allow remote work based on mutual convenience.

Salary/Stipend
