Details of the Job/Internship

Mold-Masters Limited is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 3–6 years of experience to join its Ahmedabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts and NDAs.
• Draft contract templates and standard terms & conditions.
• Manage document control, versioning, and database entry/maintenance.
• Proofread contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports for due diligence.
• Support legal training, process mapping, and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with IT and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global legal teams to improve processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) with 3–6 years of legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract law.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Self-initiator with ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
