Details of the Job/Internship

Mondelēz International is hiring Associate Legal Counsel with the experience of 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract risk management
• Ensuring appropriate protection of intellectual property
• Identification and interpretation of applicable laws and regulations
• Policy interpretation, development and training
• litigation and support for customer claims
• Negotiate and managing external legal fees within agreed bbudgets
• Provide legal support for major projects in the relevant factory as delegated by Counsel and manage the Factory Stakeholder maps

Eligibility

• At least 5 years Post Qualification experience as in-house legal advisor in a large corporation with multiple locations and manufacturing facilities.
• Experience in FMCG or Food companies preferred.
