Details of the Job/Internship

Mssrs Omega Alliance, Advocates and Solicitors is hiring a Associate Legal Counsel to join their office in Kerala.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Represent clients in court and assist with litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and build case arguments.
• Assist in case management and client communication.
• Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.
