Details of the Job/Internship
Murf AI is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, DPAs and vendor/procurement contracts with a significant focus on supporting key enterprise and vendor contracting with supervision.
- Review and provide guidance on company policies, industry standards, applicable laws and regulations, especially from a data protectionst and point.
- Build and update playbooks, template documents and checklists; take ownership of contract management post execution.
- Track, interpret and assess applicable laws,regulations, guidance, and industry standards applicable to the AI industry.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of a quickly growing global SaaS company.
Eligibility
- 2-5 years of relevant law firm or in-house legal,including reviewing and negotiating complex agreements.
- Comfortable handling a wide variety of matters,including commercial contracts, product support,regulatory issues and corporate matters.
- Strong drafting skills and high level of attention to detail.
- omposure managing projects and multiple priorities, stake holders and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into useful legal advice.
