Novo Nordisk is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 4+ years of experience to join their Global Business Services team in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supporting legal and compliance reviews in line with Novo Nordisk corporate requirements.
- Assisting lawyers on business ethics matters and reviewing third-party documentation.
- Identifying compliance risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Managing and updating compliance initiatives such as TEN (The Ethics Navigator) and HIRO.
- Supporting business ethics compliance activities for new product launches.
- Tracking and reporting compliance data using tools such as COUPA and privacy management systems.
- Maintaining compliance trackers, reports, presentations, and training materials.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the legal department of global corporations.
- Experience in contracts, legal and compliance matters, due diligence, and risk assessments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
