Details of the Job/Internship
Pathak and Pathak Associates is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel to join their office in Ambikapur. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal advisory, documentation, contract negotiation, compliance, and handling legal issues in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice in diverse business circumstances.
- Preparing and managing legal documents and related documentation.
- Handling contract negotiations to facilitate agreements and resolve disputes.
- Identifying and addressing legal issues with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ensuring compliance with local and national laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure legal matters are handled and resolved effectively.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certifications or a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of law and the ability to apply legal principles effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic environment.
