Details of the Job/Internship
Roundglass Living is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Mohali.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including service agreements, NDAs, leases, vendor contracts, marketing agreements, and others.
- Handle sponsorship, player, and collaboration agreements, and official communications with relevant sports authorities.
- Assess customer/vendor contract terms for privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal counsel on business operations and support departments with contractual matters.
- Develop and maintain standard agreements and assist in administrative legal processes.
- Support the implementation of compliance policies and monitor legal adherence across business operations.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed institute.
- 3–5 years of relevant corporate legal experience; in-house experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple complex projects with attention to detail.
- Experience in a tech start-up and knowledge of Data Protection Laws, Security Protocols, Sports Law, SaaS, and Wellbeing is an advantage.
