SUO Global is hiring a Lawyer with experience of 0–3 years to join their offices in Noida, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing legal support on international law, cross-border investments, and regulatory frameworks.
- Analyzing legal risks and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assisting in structuring, reviewing, and drafting international contracts and investment documentation.
- Supporting clients, partners, and internal teams on cross-border legal matters.
- Creating legal content such as blogs, articles, whitepapers, and legal explainers.
- Participating as a legal expert in seminars, webinars, podcasts, and other media engagements.
- Simplifying complex legal concepts into clear and impactful content for a global audience.
- Collaborating with marketing and media teams to enhance brand positioning.
- Representing SUO Global at national and international conferences, seminars, and industry events.
- Traveling for office assignments, client meetings, and professional events as required.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 0–3 years of prior work experience as a lawyer, legal counsel, in-house counsel, or advocate.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to present legal concepts clearly.
