Tata Technologies is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join its Legal team in either Pune or Bengaluru. This is a full-time role in hybrid. 

• Review, negotiate, close, drafting of customer contracts, license agreements, third-party agreements, etc.
• Managing and maintaining a repository of contracts on CLM.
• In a global role, provide support and advice to various stakeholders.
• Support Manager on the various initiatives driven by the legal function.
• Other legal tasks as assigned.

• LLB from a reputed law school.
• ⁠Minimum 5 years experience in handling contracts and commercial transactions preferably in an IT/Engg Service company.
• Knowledge of CLM preferred.
• Strong team player with willingness and ability to work in an international working environment.
• Good proficiency and fluency in English.
• Zeal in taking up projects and initiatives.
