Details of the Job/Internship
TechDoQuest (TDQ) is hiring an associate legal manager to join them in Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documents such as commercial contracts, employment contracts, vendor agreements, etc.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal documentation and records.
- Managing the organization's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Research on the legal compliance for various other countries where the company would like to expand its businesses
- Representing the organization in legal proceedings or handling litigation matters, as required.
- Undertake and perform in-depth legal research for partnerships, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions
Eligibility
- Law and Legal Advice skills.
- Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation skills.
- 2-3 yrs of relevant experience with LLB or integrated LLB or LLM is preferable.
- In-depth knowledge of law and procedures.
- Having dealt primarily with contracts, intellectual property, and compliance-related matters.
- Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Arbitration and mediation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
