Technip Energies is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 3–6 years of experience to join their Legal team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review NDAs, Powers of Attorney, and contract templates from global entities.
• Adhere to SOPs for creating and reviewing contract documents to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report operational metrics related to contract review processes.
• Follow up with stakeholders for obtaining executed copies and manage e-signature processes via Adobe Sign or DocuSign.
• Archive executed contracts and provide timely responses to internal legal queries.

Eligibility

• LLB or graduation from a recognized university.
• 3–6 years of experience, preferably in an in-house legal team.
• Strong communication, drafting, and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of basic contracting principles and the ability to analyze low to mid-complexity contracts.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• SharePoint (O365) knowledge preferred.

Salary/Stipend
