Details of the Job/Internship
Third Eye Strategy Group is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel for a full-time, on-site role in Indore. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating contracts, resolving legal issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the organisation on legal and regulatory matters in coordination with internal teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on organisational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Address and resolve legal issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support internal teams on legal and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- LLM is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, regulations, and compliance.
- Proven skills in contract negotiation and agreement management.
- Experience in legal document preparation and review.
- Ability to provide practical and well-reasoned legal advice.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in corporate or commercial legal roles is preferred.
