This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Legal Counsel at Veena Legal Solutions | Attorneys and Solicitors, Patna.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, contract negotiation, legal document preparation, and handling various legal issues.
• The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and legal principles.
• Experience in contract negotiation and legal document preparation.
• Ability to analyze legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is a plus.
