Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management Limited is hiring an Associate – Legal & Investor Relations with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves supporting legal, compliance, due diligence, and investor-facing functions while coordinating closely with the Company Secretary, investment team, external counsels, regulators, and investors.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support legal, compliance, due diligence, and investor-facing functions.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary, investment team, external counsels, regulators, and investors.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, fund management, financial services, or transaction advisory.
- Prior exposure to AIFs, PE/VC funds, NBFCs, or regulated financial entities is preferred.
- LLB or CS (Inter/Executive).
- Strong drafting skills.
- Good understanding of corporate and regulatory laws.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
