Details of the Job/Internship

Greenfinch Global Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Legal Managers with experience of 1–2 years to join their offices across India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutiny and due diligence of property/title chain documents.
• Drafting and reviewing legal/title reports.
• Vetting original property papers for financial services.
• Preparing and analysing Title Search Reports (TSR).
• Business acquisition/collaboration with Banks, NBFCs, FIs, and HFCs.
• Coordination with sub-registrars, tehsildars, and government authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with BFSI and property law standards.
• Managing legal documentation and coordination with counsels.
• (For RLMs) Leading regional teams, overseeing compliance, and supporting escalated legal matters.

Eligibility

• LLB.
• 1–2 years of experience in BFSI legal operations.
• Strong knowledge of property and real estate law.
• Experience in BFSI lending processes.
• Regional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for site/legal verifications.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
